Not all stock in this listing can be personalised. If you would like to add your cat's name on the collar, please contact us immediately after making your purchase and quote your order number. We will then check availability and confirm if we can make the collar for you. Please note there will be a £10 fee for personalisation.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on lucky dip or personalised items. These collars are heavily discounted so we can reduce waste and offer our luxury collars to kitties for less.
A 'seconds' is a product with minor aesthetic defects. These are products which did not pass our very high standards of quality control. They are perfectly functional and in some cases you may not even notice the defect!
