Black Friday started it's life as massive reductions on electrical goods but it has since spread to all industries and it's a real threat to independent brands like ours.

Instead, we sell 'seconds', samples and end-of-line goodies over Black Friday week in a bid to reduce waste at the same time as making our luxury wares affordable for all! Last year we introduced a cat collar lucky dip to add a bit of fun and mystery to Black Friday shopping and it was a huge hit! For just £25 per collar (or your local currency equivalent) your kitty can get their paws on a lovely leather collar for up to 65% off the original retail price. 

All collars in the Lucky Dip are product 'seconds' which mean they have very minor imperfections (often unnoticeable). These are collars which did not pass our rigorous quality control measures but they are otherwise perfectly functional, and beautiful too.

Can I choose the colour of my lucky dip collar?

We're sorry but this is a mystery purchase so you will not be able to specify the colour. Browse our other seconds sale listings if you want to choose a specific colour

Can you personalise my cat's lucky dip collar?

Not all collars in the lucky dip can be personalised. If you would like to add your cat's name on the collar, please contact us immediately after making your purchase and quote your order number. We will then check availability and confirm if we can make the collar for you. Please note there will be a £10 fee for personalisation. 

Can I return the collar if I don't like it?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on lucky dip or personalised items. These collars are heavily discounted so we can reduce waste and offer our luxury collars to kitties for less.

What is a 'second'?

A 'seconds' is a product with minor aesthetic defects. These are products which did not pass our very high standards of quality control. They are perfectly functional and in some cases you may not even notice the defect! Read more about 'Seconds' HERE
